Shipping & Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver to destinations available for the products you choose. Availability can vary by item and address, and we will show your delivery options before you confirm the order.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping is currently available. Its cost is shown clearly based on your delivery address and order contents before payment is confirmed. Express delivery is not currently available.

Free Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping is free when your merchandise subtotal reaches about USD 100, approximately AED 367, or the equivalent in your market currency. The subtotal is counted after the one promotional discount code and before Wamory Credit is applied.

Wamory Credit is treated as a payment balance, not a discount on products, so it does not reduce your subtotal when free shipping is calculated.

This is an approximate promotional reference, not a live currency conversion. The local amount shown at checkout may vary by market.

Local-currency display

We show amounts in your market’s currency where it is set up. Where no local amount is set up yet, we state the reference value until the store shows the local amount at checkout.

Estimated delivery

Standard Shipping is estimated at 3–15 business days and may vary by destination, item, transit and customs procedures. We monitor your order and share confirmed updates.

Split shipments

Your order may arrive in more than one parcel. Wamory monitors the shipments, and splitting an order does not add shipping charges after checkout.

If one item has a problem, we resolve that item rather than automatically cancelling or refunding the whole order.

Tracking

We share tracking details as soon as they are available, and the Wamory team is here to follow up on any order question.

Addresses

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address. If you need to change it, contact us promptly and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

If delivery fails because of a wrong or incomplete address, a refused delivery or an unclaimed parcel, this does not automatically qualify for free reshipping or a refund. We review each case according to the actual recovery cost and local consumer law.

Lost and not-received parcels

If a shipment is confirmed lost, we offer a replacement or a refund after verification.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your order, contact us. We will verify the delivery details with the carrier and follow the case with you through to an appropriate resolution.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order

We never silently substitute another product, size or color. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we offer an alternative only with your approval, or refund the affected product.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will contact you directly and will not charge additional shipping fees that were not shown at checkout.

Delays

Transit time may be affected by transport and customs procedures in the destination. The Wamory team monitors your shipment, shares confirmed updates, and helps if it is delayed beyond the estimate shown.

Customs and taxes

Customs, tax and duty requirements can vary by destination. We will explain any charges collected at checkout when the information is available; local authorities may apply other charges outside our control.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable local law.
