Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel at ease when you order. Here is when you can return, what we do if something arrives damaged or wrong, and how your money comes back.
Change-of-mind returns
You can request a change-of-mind return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- unused
- in its original condition
- with all accessories and components included
- with tags attached where relevant
- in its original packaging where reasonably applicable
For an ordinary change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping.
How to request a return
Every return needs our approval and instructions first. Please do not ship anything to an address printed on an old package; wait for the return instructions.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If an item arrives damaged, materially different from your order, the wrong variant, or with components missing, we offer an appropriate resolution after verification:
- a replacement
- a full refund
- a partial refund where appropriate and accepted by you
Where reasonably needed we may ask for evidence such as photos, video, the package or the shipping label.
When returning the item would not make economic sense, especially across borders, we may offer a resolution without a return.
Where your refund goes
Once a refund is approved, you can choose where it goes:
| Option | Details |
|---|---|
| Wamory Credit | Available quickly after refund approval. Refund credit does not expire. |
| Original payment method | We begin processing the approved refund within 3 business days; then, when the funds appear depends on your bank or payment provider. |
We do not promise a fixed banking timeline; the time it takes for funds to appear after processing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
- Before the order ships: contact us promptly and we will check whether it can be stopped and refunded.
- Once processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
- After shipment: the order cannot be cancelled; you can request an eligible return after delivery.
Orders with several items
Your order may arrive in more than one parcel. If one item has a problem, we resolve that item rather than automatically cancelling or refunding the whole order.
Items that may not be returnable
Some items may not be returnable for change of mind where the law allows, such as personal-care or hygiene products once opened, items made specially for you, or items that cannot be resold for health or safety reasons. Any product-specific exclusion will be shown on the product page.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable local law.
