Standard Shipping is estimated at 3–15 business days and may vary by destination, item, transit and customs procedures. We monitor your order and share confirmed updates. Your order may arrive in more than one parcel at no extra charge after checkout.

Review your order status in My Wamory. We share tracking details as soon as they are available, and our team is happy to help with any follow-up.

If you would like to cancel, contact us as soon as possible before the order ships and we will check whether it can be stopped. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request an eligible return after delivery under our returns policy.

Cash on Delivery is currently unavailable. The payment methods available in your market appear at checkout.

Yes, together with one eligible promotional discount code. Wamory Credit is store credit, not withdrawable cash.

Standard Shipping is free when your merchandise subtotal reaches about USD 100 or the equivalent in your market currency, after the one promotional discount code and before Wamory Credit.

Contact us and we will verify the delivery details with the carrier and follow the case with you. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution under our shipping policy and your rights.

You can request a change-of-mind return within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. A return needs our approval and instructions first, and you pay the return shipping in this case.

We offer an appropriate resolution after verification: a replacement, or a full or partial refund where appropriate. We may ask for photos or video, and we may offer a resolution without a return when a return would not make economic sense.

After approval you choose Wamory Credit (available quickly, and refund credit does not expire) or the original payment method (we begin processing within 3 business days; then timing depends on your bank or payment provider).

Store credit for your Wamory purchases. It is not cash, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and can be used with one eligible promotional discount code.

After payment is confirmed for an eligible order, 7% of the discounted merchandise value is added to your balance, excluding paid shipping. Each credit accrual is valid for 30 days from the date it is added.

Use FIRST50 for AED 50 off (or the equivalent in your checkout currency) your first eligible order of AED 150 or more. It is limited to customers who have not purchased before and can be used with Wamory Credit, but not another promotional code.
