Wamory Partners — Programme Terms

These terms apply to the Wamory Partners affiliate programme run by Wamory (wamory.com) through the GoAffPro platform. By applying or taking part, you agree to them.

1. Joining

Joining is free. We review every application and may accept or decline it, or end a partnership, at our discretion. Tell us your main channel, audience and country so we can review you quickly.

2. Commission

17% on eligible confirmed net product sales of the partner products listed in the portal (currently 10 products).
Commission is calculated after discounts and excludes shipping, taxes and fees. Other products earn 0% unless we announce otherwise in the portal.
We may change the rate or the eligible products by updating the portal. Changes never reduce commission already confirmed.

3. How sales are credited

A sale is credited to you when the customer uses your referral link (30-day cookie, last click wins) or your personal partner code.
Your own purchases and orders placed for yourself or your household are not eligible.

4. Confirmation and payment

Commission stays pending until the order is delivered and our 7-day return window has passed, then it is confirmed.
Cancelled, refunded, returned, charged-back or fraudulent orders earn no commission, and commission is reversed if an order is later refunded.
Confirmed commission is paid monthly in AED through the payout method set in your partner dashboard, once your confirmed balance reaches AED 100.

5. How you may promote

Organic promotion only: your own social media, content, website or community. No paid ads, no bidding on "Wamory" or similar search terms, no coupon or cashback sites, no spam or unsolicited messages.
Always disclose the partnership clearly (for example "#ad" or "إعلان"). Follow the advertising rules of your country, including the UAE Media Council rules where they apply; you are responsible for any permit you need.
Use accurate product information from wamory.com. Never make medical, safety-certification or results claims, never imply personal experience you have not had, and never present yourself as Wamory staff.

6. Ending the partnership

Either side may end the partnership at any time. If you break these terms we may remove you and cancel unpaid commission linked to the breach.

7. Data

We use the details you give us only to run the programme, contact you and pay you, as described in the Wamory privacy policy.

شروط برنامج شركاء واموري

تنطبق هذه الشروط على برنامج شركاء واموري للتسويق بالعمولة الذي تديره واموري (wamory.com) عبر منصة GoAffPro. بالتقديم أو المشاركة في البرنامج فإنك توافق عليها.

1. الانضمام

الانضمام مجاني. نراجع كل طلب، ويحق لنا قبوله أو رفضه أو إنهاء الشراكة حسب تقديرنا. اكتب منصتك الأساسية وجمهورك ودولتك لنراجع طلبك بسرعة.

2. العمولة

17% على صافي مبيعات المنتجات المؤهلة المؤكدة من منتجات الشركاء المعروضة في البوابة (حالياً 10 منتجات).
تُحسب العمولة بعد الخصومات ولا تشمل الشحن والضرائب والرسوم. باقي المنتجات عمولتها 0% ما لم نعلن غير ذلك في البوابة.
يحق لنا تغيير النسبة أو المنتجات المؤهلة بتحديث البوابة، ولا يقلل أي تغيير من عمولة تم تأكيدها.

3. احتساب المبيعات

تُحتسب العملية لك عندما يشتري العميل عبر رابطك (مدة الكوكي 30 يوماً، والأولوية لآخر رابط) أو بكود الشريك الخاص بك.
مشترياتك الشخصية أو الطلبات لك أو لأسرتك غير مؤهلة.

4. التأكيد والدفع

تبقى العمولة معلقة حتى يُسلَّم الطلب وتنتهي فترة الإرجاع (7 أيام)، ثم تُؤكَّد.
الطلبات الملغاة أو المستردة أو المرتجعة أو الاحتيالية لا تستحق عمولة، وتُسحب العمولة إذا استُرد الطلب لاحقاً.
تُدفع العمولة المؤكدة شهرياً بالدرهم الإماراتي عبر طريقة الدفع المحددة في لوحة الشريك، عند وصول الرصيد المؤكد إلى 100 درهم.

5. طريقة الترويج

الترويج المجاني فقط: حساباتك ومحتواك وموقعك ومجتمعك. لا إعلانات ممولة، ولا مزايدة على كلمة "واموري" أو ما يشبهها في محركات البحث، ولا مواقع كوبونات أو كاش باك، ولا رسائل مزعجة.
وضّح دائماً أنها شراكة إعلانية (مثل "إعلان" أو "#ad")، والتزم بأنظمة الإعلان في بلدك ومنها أنظمة مجلس الإمارات للإعلام عند انطباقها، وأنت مسؤول عن أي تصريح تحتاجه.
استخدم معلومات المنتج الصحيحة من wamory.com. لا تذكر أي ادعاءات طبية أو شهادات أمان أو نتائج، ولا تدّعِ تجربة شخصية لم تحدث، ولا تقدم نفسك كموظف في واموري.
