Terms of Service

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Welcome to Wamory. These terms govern your use of our store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and the policies displayed in the store. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be legally able to enter into a transaction under applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of your order information, protecting your account credentials, and activity carried out through your account.

2. Products and orders

We take care to present product information and images, though colours may vary slightly by screen. Product availability, prices, and offers may change. Submitting an order is not acceptance; an order is accepted when it is confirmed and payment is processed. We will not substitute a product, colour, or size without your consent. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you about appropriate options or a refund for the affected item, subject to applicable law and policies.

3. Prices, payment, and offers

Prices are displayed in your market currency where configured, and the final amount and applicable charges are shown at checkout. Taxes or customs charges imposed by authorities may vary by destination. Discount codes and offers are subject to the terms shown when used. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless their terms say otherwise. Where available, Wamory Credit is treated as a payment balance under the offer terms and does not reduce the merchandise subtotal used to determine free-shipping eligibility.

4. Shipping and delivery

Available shipping methods depend on the product and destination. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. An order may arrive in multiple parcels; splitting a shipment does not add a shipping charge after checkout. The promotional free-shipping threshold and eligibility are explained in our Shipping Policy. Please provide a complete and accurate address. We will try to make changes before fulfilment where possible, but cannot guarantee a change after shipment.

5. Cancellation, returns, and refunds

Cancellation, return, exchange, and refund requests are governed by the Returns & Exchanges policy displayed in the store and by mandatory consumer rights. Contact us promptly if you need to change an order, as changes may not be possible once fulfilment or shipping begins.

6. Store use and content

You may not use the store for unlawful purposes, misuse it, or interfere with its security or operation. Wamory content and marks belong to Wamory or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without prior permission, subject to rights provided by law.

7. Third-party services

The store may rely on Shopify and other service providers for storefront, payment, and shipping services. External services may have their own terms. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights against Wamory under applicable law.

8. Liability and changes

These terms do not exclude or limit any warranty, liability, or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. An update takes effect when posted and does not affect rights accrued before that date.
